Levitating spells are one of the oldest spells of the wizard world, originating from ancient England. Their basic motive is to make an object fly in the air without the support of any earthly objects. The spell’s utmost intention is to disobey the laws of gravity in a way or another. Utmost awareness is to be maintained as too strong a cast will act so powerfully on the object that it may never return back to earth; on the other hand, a weak spell will hold no power against the gravity which the caster was expecting.
Levitation spells are of two types – one which will let you levitate a physical object with the help of wind which acts as the energy source, and the other one is through the use of incantations and spells which requires years of practice. The spells are irreversible and as a caster your only job is to wait till the chant wears off from the object with the passage of time.
You can find loads of uncanny levitation spells which are commonly used by any newbie magicians or casters, the actions of which are less noticeable to others around you.
There is a very popular water-based spell with which you can start off your passion as a caster. You only need to have sufficient amount of water around you, or a water body close to your surroundings. Make hoop-like motions on the water with your hands. While chanting the spell, imagine the object being attached to you for about 15 minutes. Once you raise both your hands, the water would also move up with you. If your first attempt does not work out, try till you get it right.
Another levitating spell that you can make a use of is an inspiration based spell. To perform the ritual successfully, you are required to have a pencil/ pen, a notepad and 4 candles of various colors. To carry out the incantation select a room with low light condition. Put each of the candles in each corners around you and light them. The next process for you is to meditate for 20 minutes or more. Post half an hour you will be able to levitate the candles if you have an untainted heart. The candles will spin in a circle and bring along a muse who will bring you good luck along with him.
Words of caution for the caster though, take caution and do not to set fire onto yourself or your belongings while you are performing the chant.
If complicated levitating spells bother you, then try opting for a simple item floating spell. For this, you need to have a light item (notepad, pencils, or a necklace) and a table or a book shelf. Firstly, place the object on the table or the shelf. Then, order the object to float several times. Choose a very simplistic spell, after a few attempts you will observe that the item of your choice is flying 2 or three inches above its flat surface.
